Steve, the manager did me a solid and gave me a complementary oil change due to issues with my tire losing air on a regular basis! After 4 trips to fixi the beading, replace the stem, and taking out two nails, it’s all good. The guys are always kind, courteous, and very helpful! Today (2/28/2026) after a quick phone call, i received a call back within the hour saying i was approved when i was getting turned down left and right everywhere else. took our Buick in to have the brakes checked out, they were squealing when you went to stop, brakes were fine had a rock in it they removed the rock and washed the complete vehicle and we were good to go, and at no charge. Thank you!

Went in to see about financing a car. Wasn't sure wanted what I wanted but knew somethings that were a must. Ended up getting a 2016 Subaru Outback Limited and I'm loving it. When I picked it up it had not had it's initial inspection. Took her in 2 days later and got a clean bill of health. They have been nothing but generous and very helpful. Not only did I get a car that I love but it's a price I can afford each month too.

I ordered a 2024 Chevy Traverse. Spencer was great to work with in explaining everything when I ordered to getting everything set up and made sure I knew where everything was when it came in.
The process was so easy. I traded my truck for a 2024 Colorado. Not only did the transaction go smoothly, but Spencer spent a lot of time with me in the truck to make sure I understood all the features. With all the bells and whistles on my new ride, it was greatly appreciated. The one thing I wish the finance guy would understand is that when I say 'no thank you' to add ons, that would be enough. I had to repeat myself multiple times and eventually say, "Let's move on, I'm not interested."
It was easy to work with service, explained everything and even walked me through checking out my video inspection on my phone! awesome service, will definitively be back to see Mikey and the service team in Wahoo!

I had issues with transmission and guys checked it out and the computer system all are working ok. I would still like to know what makes the transmission not shift. Power vehicle off restart and problem goes away till next time. Not just my type vehicle. It is happening to other GMC.
